Access a free eLearning trial through Creo 2.0

On the weekend of August 17 and 18, PTC University deployed a new release of Precision LMS, the learning management system that is the backbone of our eLearning Libraries.  This release contains several new capabilities of which we would specifically highlight one today — the LearningConnector for Creo 2.0 eLearning trial

What is this eLearning trial and how can I access it?

Users of Creo 2.0, who don’t own an eLearning license, can now sign up for an eLearning trial directly from within a Creo 2.0 app. The trial allows access to any 15 topics that are accessible through LearningConnector in Creo 2.0 for 30 days. After submitting a registration form from LearningConnector you are sent an activation email which will give you access to the desired topics within the relevant Creo eLearning Library.

Benefits for the Creo 2.0 users:

  • This new ability provides a great opportunity for Creo 2.0 users to test out PTC University eLearning and experience the power of LearningConnector’s context sensitive recommendations.
  • This availability is included in the commercial version as well as in the Creo 2.0 trial version, so any user of Creo 2.0 will get access to 15 free training topics he can choose as needed – either to advance his Creo 2.0 knowledge or help with more effectively evaluating Creo 2.0 in the trial version.

For more information about LearningConnector, take a look at this LearningConnector resource page.
