The PTC Global Talent Hub connects the leading innovative companies to the brightest PTC software talent in the world. PTC and Experience.com have designed the PTC Global Talent Hub to link PTC’s customers and partners with trained talent in order to facilitate faster, easier and more qualified sourcing and hiring. This includes individuals trained to use PTC technology and software including Creo®, Windchill®, Mathcad®, Arbortext® and PTC Integrity™. Additionally, the PTC Global Talent Hub is designed to rapidly provide people that can fill a specific, in-demand talent need among PTC’s customers and business partners.
Currently, the site boasts 947 potential employee resumes, 1,365 registrations and multiple employer licenses who are continually posting new positions to the site.*
In addition to sourcing and recruiting talent, employers who log on to the PTC Global Talent Hub will be able to access training resources. For example, a potential hire may need additional training in the Windchill software and the Global Talent Hub will show where to get trained, when the next class is and how much that training will cost.
Employers can also use the service to post jobs, search, identify and rank candidates based on specific hiring needs. Candidates can browse the available job postings and find opportunities that match their level of experience. Professional networking site LinkedIn powers the referrals and connections on the Global Talent Hub.
